[Ming Pao News] The Hong Kong government has rescinded the quarantine reduction arrangement for people who have tested antibodies against the new coronavirus since yesterday. The European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong issued an open letter to Chief Executive Carrie Lam, saying that tightening quarantine is a step backwards, and Hong Kong should have a clear strategy for "getting out of the epidemic," otherwise the foreign community will question whether it is necessary to stay in Hong Kong endlessly, which will affect the status of an international financial center in the long run.
