The Environment and Energy Business Council (EEBC) is the latest initiative by the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Set up in early 2013, the EEBC’s main objective is to represent European businesses in Hong Kong and Macau in addressing concerns regarding environmental protection and sustainability issues in Hong Kong.
Large, medium and small enterprises from all business sectors and European Member States throughout Hong Kong and Macao are welcome to join this Business Council.
Encourage the Hong Kong government and other stakeholders to enact and implement legislation to build sustainability criteria into Hong Kong’s core development strategy
Promote sharing of sustainable knowledge and experience between European, Hong Kong, and Macau businesses
