Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Network
The project, a collaboration between the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and the European Women's Management Development Network (EWMD), aims to promote diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) within the business community.
Recognising our shared goals, this collaboration aims to:
Organize Knowledge Sharing and Networking Events
Host seminars, workshops, and panel discussions on topics like career development and gender equality to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences.
Establish Mentoring and Coaching Programs
Provide support for aspiring women leaders through mentoring and coaching from experienced professionals.
Conduct Research and Advocacy
Collaborate on research and advocate for policies that promote workplace gender equality and diversity.
Implement Joint Marketing and Promotional Activities
Raise awareness of our initiatives through joint publications, social media campaigns, and event promotions.
By combining our strengths and networks, we aim to create a powerful platform for women's empowerment and leadership development in Hong Kong.
