Marketing & Administrative Associate

General Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, execute and implement marketing strategies, including generation of marketing campaigns to be delivered via webpages, social media, EDMs, etc.; as well as producing promotional content for a wide range of projects in alignment with EuroCham’s team and under supervision of the Manager
  • Monitor and improve EuroCham’s online channels, with a focus on its webpage; by producing content and ensuring featured information is up-to-date
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager by handling a variety of office tasks to ensure that all interactions between the EuroCham and others are positive and productive

Main duties

  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities that include print, broadcast and online content in line with EuroCham’s initiatives
  • Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the EuroCham’s team by coordinating and collecting content
  • Monitor EuroCham’s advertising efforts in the appropriate channels
  • Maintain and improve EuroCham’s online channels
  • Lead day-to-day administration of events and programs including facilitating company attendees, monitoring registration, tracking RSVPs, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Assist the team with the management of meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Lead administrative department by handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings and providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sites
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team

Qualifications, skills & experience

  • HKSAR resident over 18 years old holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card
  • Fresh graduate in 2020 or 2021 with no post-graduate full-time work experience, or a recent graduate with no more than five years of work experience
  • BSc in Marketing, Graphic design, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (Photoshop, Illustraor, wordpress, CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Good command of English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese as a plus
