Breakfast seminar: Opportunities for FinTech presented by the EuroCham Financial Services Business Council

On 21 April 2017, the Financial Services Business Council of the European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (FSBC) organised breakfast seminar called the “Opportunities for FinTech presented by the EuroCham Financial Services Business Council”. This event focused on the recently launched EuroCham FSBC Position Paper on Hong Kong FinTech.

Julia Charlton, Chairman of the FSBC Chaired the panel discussion with panellists Lapman Lee, Duff & Phelps, Managing Director, Regulatory Consulting / FSBC Member, Tim Pagett, Financial Services Leader, Deloitte China, Rogers Chan, Senior Manager, Risk and Strategy, CEO’s Office, Securities and Futures Commission and Paul Sin, Consulting Partner, Deloitte China.

The event explored the areas of Capital, Talent, Infrastructure, Regulation, Demand and Supply, as well as, featuring case studies.
